Your project gets evaluated in real time — the more detail you add, the higher the quality score.

💡 How to use: As you fill out your project, we’ll highlight missing details, suggest pills to improve the search, and show your score automatically.

🧠 Pill Categories Launched

We’ve added category groupings to the pills you use to describe supplier requirements.

[Buyer] August 21, 2025: 🚀 Deep Search Just Got Smarter, Cleaner & More Collaborative

We’ve rolled out key improvements to make Deep Search faster, simpler, and more collaborative.

✏️ Simplified Project Creation & Cleaner UI

Deep Search now auto-generates supplier-friendly titles and descriptions for searches. We’ve also removed the “Keywords” field and the “Advanced Settings” toggle.
➡️ Why it matters: Less manual effort, cleaner output for suppliers, and a faster setup.
💡 How to use: Buyers no longer need to enter information in the title or description fields, but can still edit them via the “Edit Project” button at the top of any project.

🤝 Invite Coworkers to Collaborate

You can now easily invite teammates to join your project — directly from the sidebar menu.
➡️ Why it matters: Faster alignment across teams and better sourcing decisions.
💡 How to use: Click “Invite Coworkers” in the sidebar menu and enter their email.

🧠 Deep Search V3

We’ve upgraded the engine behind Deep Search with big under-the-hood improvements:
  • 🗺️ Localized Search: If a location is detected (e.g., Peru), Deep Search will:
    • Search in the local language
    • Set location-specific parameters in the backend
  • 🔁 Smarter Matching, Less Duplicate Noise:
    • Implemented subdomain deduplication (e.g., doc.domain.com won’t appear separately from domain.com)
    • Reasoning-enabled match evaluation, significantly improving relevance
  • 🔧 UX Improvements: Refined the progress bar and result pill behavior to reduce flickering and unnecessary refreshes

Filtering results in Deep Search just got a whole lot easier — thanks to conversational filtering
You can now filter supplier applications directly in the candidate table using plain language, making it faster to zero in on the right matches.

Say things like “show suppliers with a score above 60 and located in India” — and Deep Search will apply the filters instantly.

Don’t worry if your search brief, vague or might have typos, we’ll suggest an AI-generated improvement for you to review and edit.
We’ve also simplified the form: search title and keywords are now optional in the advanced settings and auto-filled if left blank.
